Awards Ceremony Update
Amid the COVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak, we're still going to celebrate your success. Please continue to submit your sales for 2019, until 3:00 PM on March 24, 2020. We're removing the $30 entry fee. If you already paid, we'll refund your luncheon registration and entry fees.

Due to the government mandate to cancel events through April, we'll mail all awards certificates in April.

Celebrate Your Success at the 2019 President's Roundtable & Sales Awards Luncheon! If you sold over $2.3 million in sales volume in 2019, while a WeSERV member, you can qualify for an award. Please review the updated awards policy to determine what award you may qualify for and which category to enter.

We'll enjoy lunch, announce Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum recipients, and present awards to special recognition categories and President's Roundtable winners. Have your picture taken with 2020 Dena Greenawalt and 2019 President M. Teresa Rubio-Acuña. Invite your guests to share in the excitement and celebration.

Admission: $55 each. When you arrive, find your card at registration. Review your card. If you're an award recipient, check in at your corresponding Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum table to collect your certificate. Have your picture taken with our current and past presidents. Find your seat and feel free to mingle until we begin.

Lunch will be Lasagna and Chop Salad with Cheesecake for dessert. If you have any dietary restrictions, let us know. Servers won't know where you're sitting. Please let them know your expecting a different meal.

Award Recipients Not Attending the Luncheon: $30 each
If you would like to submit for an award and cannot attend the luncheon, you may still receive an award from the Presidents' Roundtable and Sales Awards. If you are later able to attend the luncheon, you will be asked to pay an additional $25. Please contact Events to add the luncheon to your non-attendee reservation.

Submit your registration and payment with your 2019 sales transactions entry form by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, March 24 to be considered as an award recipient of WeSERV. Include your registration form or a copy of online registration confirmation with your entry form. Brokerages and/or affiliates may be reserving tables which include admission. Please confirm with your broker and affiliates before registering. No refunds will be issued.

If you haven't received a receipt confirmation for your entry from our events team within 48 business hours of submitting your entry, we haven't received it. Please resubmit or contact Events to confirm.


Please complete the first page of the awards entry form and include it with your sales summary. Proof of sales volume should be submitted in the form of your ARMLS® Agent Listing Activity Report. Instruction on how to retrieve your report is included with the awards entry application.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Show your support! WeSERV affiliates and brokers are able to sponsor this event. Table reservations are also available. Please send your company high resolution color logo in JPG format to Events to be added to the slide show. You can complete the printable agreement or reserve your table online with your luncheon registration.
