She "said most counties and cities in Arizona have laws requiring swimming pool barriers so REALTORS® inform clients there are both state and local pool barrier laws, encourage clients to investigate, find, and confirm the needed information from the appropriate source, state and local. Since each local jurisdiction has their own ordinance, clients should always confirm the most current ordinance with the local city or county, she said."
