Volunteer for the Water Issues Task Force
Due to several water issues stretching across our jurisdiction, we’re creating chapter-level water task forces to work with the Water Issues Task Force. Comment on the New EPA Water Proposal
The EPA published a proposed updated definition of Waters of the U.S. and Navigable Waters, and the Douglas area will be affected. You can review it and add comments through Monday, February 7, 2022. Broadband Update
WeSERV hosted Fall 2021 Broadband ACA (Arizona Commerce Authority) Stakeholder meetings. We also encouraged Cox to consider extending service and wrote a supporting letter to ACA. It appears Cox is working closely with the City of Douglas on possible Broadband grants. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more. Arizona Homestead Laws & You
